Services Infrastructure Management Our full range of services can be applied to Infrastructure Works.  Recent projects undertaken by Topcoat Specialist Coatings include the Johnston Hill Tunnel at Puhoi, Grafton Bridge rectification, and Hobson Bay sewer upgrade. Johnston Hill Tunnel, Puhoi  Topcoat's team applied the Ceramicoat C Epoxy coating that spans each side of the tunnel to a height of 4 metres.  This coating increases reflectivity, reduces carbon emissions build up, and provides a durable, easy to clean surface.  The coating was spray applied to a total area of 6,200m². Grafton Bridge Rectification Working with Brian Perry Civil and Mapei, Topcoat staff have applied the Mapelastic anti carbonation coating to all concrete structures.  This process has required the use of specialist spray pump equipment to apply a 2mm coating from swinging stage platforms & full access equipment, with separate teams working day and night shifts.  The Mapelastic coating provides a breathable, waterproof system, and maintains the concrete 'textured look' to this 100 year old structure.
