Using fast cure MMA resins we can complete repairs in high traffic areas with access to these areas after 40 minutes. Chiller repairs in temperatures -30 degrees Celsius can also be repaired using the same system.
Polished honed or coloured concrete repairs can be effectively colour matched to provide a seamless repair that reinstates the broken surface as new. This system incorporates the grinding of concrete to expose the aggregate. Following this the polished concrete is sealed to create various finishes including matt, semi gloss, or gloss sheen levels.
Delaminated concrete floor repair
Photos illustrate a badly delaminated concrete floor. Following shotblasting, a 20mm Sika CEMTOP 400 cementitious screed has been trowel applied. The finish is a new 40mpa concrete surface trafficable within two hours.
